Rule 24
<br> to invite proposals by publishing a notice to enter into a mineral contract for the mining of specific minerals
According to sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Act, the department shall make a mineral agreement and invite proposals by publishing a notice in a national level newspaper with the necessary details for the purpose of issuing a permit for mineral operations.
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the notice to be published after calling for proposals shall disclose the following matters in addition to other matters:-
(a) Mineral area invited for mineral work.
(B) Available basic information and information related to specific minerals.
(c) Basic information available regarding physical infrastructure.
(d) Proposal fee.
(e) Other essentials.
(3) If the department wants to take an amount or share equal to the direct expenses incurred during the investigation, it must be disclosed in the notice regarding the proposal to be published in accordance with sub-rule (1).
(2) In accordance with sub-rule (1), the notice to be published after calling for proposals shall disclose the following matters in addition to other matters:-
(a) Mineral area invited for mineral work.
(B) Available basic information and information related to specific minerals.
(c) Basic information available regarding physical infrastructure.
(d) Proposal fee.
(e) Other essentials.
(3) If the department wants to take an amount or share equal to the direct expenses incurred during the investigation, it must be disclosed in the notice regarding the proposal to be published in accordance with sub-rule (1).
