Rule 81
Special cases will be heard in closed session

(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in Rule 80, espionage, children, criminal matters, human trafficking, relationship maintenance, divorce cases and other cases prescribed by law to be heard by a closed bench or cases ordered to be heard by a closed bench because it is not suitable to be heard by an open bench. The case will be heard in closed session.
(2) When a case is heard in a closed court according to sub-rule (1), only relevant legal practitioners, government lawyers, experts, accused, victims, their guardians and the police and court employees permitted by the court can be present.
(3) Copies of documents related to the case viewed in closed session shall not be given to anyone other than the appellant, respondent and victim.
(4) The facts of the case heard from closed court should not be published in any newspaper. But if the court gives permission, it will be possible to transmit the news without identifying the victim.
