(1) If an application is received from a sports-related organization for registration in accordance with section 14, the council may register such sports-related organization under its authority after conducting necessary investigations within thirty-five days from the date of receipt of such application.
(2) In accordance with sub-section (1), the council shall give such sports-related organization the notice of registration or, if it is determined that it cannot be registered, the notice of the non-registrable transaction.
