Section 131
To be shown when searching

(1) Any driver must show his driver's license if the police or traffic inspector wants to see it in the course of investigation.
(2) If the police or traffic inspector wants to see the registration certificate of a vehicle or the road license of a public vehicle in the course of investigation, the driver, owner or manager of such vehicle must show the registration certificate or road license.
