(1) If a person believes that any information registered in his name before the registration office is not based on facts or has been registered in a wrong manner, such person may register the following details in the registration office to correct such information:- (a) from the registration number of the initial information with the details The identification of the relevant records, (b) the details to correct the details, and (c) the basis on which the person thinks that the records are untrue, such basis and how the person thinks that the records should be amended to remove the untruths, or The basis on which the person believes that the record has been wrongly registered. (2) The registration of the rectification statement registered in accordance with this section shall not affect the effectiveness of the notice.
