(1) According to Section 5 of the Act, when the village development committee or municipal area or ward boundaries are demarcated, the surveying team shall notify the surveying team of the matter that the representative of the respective village development committee or municipality must be present on the day specified to demarcate the boundaries. A copy of the notice should be sent to the concerned village development committee or municipality for information (2) According to the notice given as per sub-rule (1), the measuring team will delineate the area or ward boundaries of the village development committee or municipality based on the boundaries shown by the representative of the village development committee or municipality who came to attend.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if there is a dispute between two or more municipalities, village development committees or wards, in case of dispute between two or more municipalities, village development committees or wards, then the relevant chief district officer, and if there is a dispute between two or more zones and districts, then the chief district officer of the concerned district. Borders should be separated according to the decision of the Ministry of Local Development.
