Section 25
Guthi deployment land settlement
(1) Guthi deployment land institute can cultivate it by itself or register it by increasing the auction.
(2) In the case of barren land among Guthi deployment land, the institute may make any arrangement as per the following conditions:-
(a) The Institute itself shall enjoy,
(b) Allowing specific farmers to appeal by waiving up to a certain number of years as specified, and
(c) …………………
(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-sections (1) and (2), if any Guthi Nathi land is found to be suitable for housing or industrial trade, such Guthi Nathi land and the Guthi Nathi land cultivated by the Institute itself, irrespective of the usage and importance of the place. As specified by the institute, ………….. may be converted into Guthi Raitan numbered land and registered and given, and in the case of those who have invested their own capital in the Guthi deployment land and built a house and lived there before the 26th of Chaitra, 2046, such house will be constructed by the evaluation committee as provided elsewhere in this Act. Based on the specified price, it can be registered in his own name by converting it into a Raitan number.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), (2) and (3), the religious and public land belonging to the shrines or related to the worship of the gods and goddesses shall not be registered in the name of any person. Even if such land is registered, the institute can cancel the registration of such land.
