If there is an application to establish a Guthi in accordance with Section 316, the registrar shall register the Guthi and issue a certificate of Guthi registration within thirty-five days of the receipt of the application. (2) If the Guthi is registered according to sub-section (1), the Guthi shall be deemed to have been established.
(3) Notwithstanding anything else written in this section, private Guthi may be operated without registration. But if someone conducts a private Guthi in such a way, the information should be given to the concerned registrar.
