: (1) The land owner of the government Rakar land will submit the property to the Nepal Government according to the type of land. (2) The rights and status of the land owner in Guthi Raitan numbered land will be the same as that of the land owner of the government Rakar land according to the prevailing law.
(3) For the purposes of this section, land owner means a person who has registered the land in his name and is entitled to the said land as a result of such registration and who is the owner or sharer of such person or because such person has relinquished his right in accordance with the prevailing Nepalese law. The person who has the right to register the land in his name should be considered.
