(1) The Guthi Institute established under the Guthi Institute Act, 2021 shall continue to exist as if it had been established under this Act.
(2) The Institute shall be a self-governing and incorporated body with inalienable succession. It will have its own stamp for its work. It can file a complaint in its own name and can also file a complaint in the same name.
(3) Subject to this Act and the regulations made under this Act, the Corporation may acquire, enjoy and transfer movable and immovable property in any manner.
(4) The head office of the institute will be in Kathmandu.
