(1) Civil servants should fulfill their assigned responsibilities with honesty and quality to the best of their ability.
(2) Civil servants should take responsibility for the work they perform. But no action will be taken against him for the work done according to the law.
(3) When giving advice to the government of Nepal or any other body, the civil servant shall give his opinion with fairness and honesty on all matters asked in a way that is in accordance with the law.
