Rule 46
Grievance Management Arrangements

(1) Workers or employees working in the industry of special economic zone, if they have any complaints regarding their service and conditions, they can submit such complaints in writing to the Grievance Management Committee as per Section 41 of the Act.
(2) When submitting a complaint in accordance with sub-rule (1), the subject of the grievance and the reason for the complaint must be presented in polite language.
(3) If any complaint is received according to sub-rule (1), the complaint management committee shall have a mutual discussion between the complainant and the manager of the relevant industry within seven days to resolve the complaint.
(4) If the problem cannot be resolved through mutual discussion as per sub-rule (2), the Grievance Management Committee will make an appropriate decision within fifteen days and inform the relevant parties within seven days.
(5) According to sub-rule (4), when the Grievance Management Committee makes a decision, it must be mentioned in the decision that an appeal can be made to the Labor Court within thirty-five days if the decision is not satisfied.
