(1) A member of the board, member-secretary or employee shall not disclose any confidential information, whether public or not, that has come to his knowledge while working in an official capacity, or disclose its source or distinction.
(2) Any member of the board, member-secretary or employee shall not use or cause to be used for the benefit, interest or advantage of any member of the board, member-secretary or employee while working in an official capacity. (3) If any member, member-secretary or employee does any work contrary to sub-rule (1) or (2), it shall be considered that he has not followed official conduct.
