Section 26
Confidentiality not to be breached
An investigation officer or an employee or a person involved in the investigation shall not breach the confidentiality of any matter or any document that has come to his knowledge in the course of investigation in accordance with this Act or in the performance of his duties, except in cases where the prevailing law obliges him to do so.
