An investigation officer or his subordinate staff shall not breach the confidentiality of anything that has come to be known in the capacity of their position or the documents filed while carrying out work under this Act, except in cases where it is forced by the prevailing law. However, if the officer hearing the case feels that such matter or document is necessary or necessary for the purpose of other legal matters, it shall not be considered as a breach of confidentiality if the matter or document is disclosed to a person authorized by law by his order.
