In connection with the implementation of the project, the person who has received the permit shall carry out a geographical and scientific survey and measurement map of any house, land, industry, factory, etc. For the purpose of separating, setting up a fort, building a fort, or targeting, the owner may enter the real estate, etc., after giving prior notice.
(2) According to sub-section (1) when entering the real estate, etc., in case of cutting or uprooting the plants bearing grain or growing trees planted on that land or removing, demolishing or installing any fencing, walls, machinery, tools, etc. on the land, reasonable compensation shall be given to the relevant owner. A person who has received a permit can do so.
(3) According to sub-section (1), when entering real estate, etc., as far as possible, the entry shall be made in the presence of the relevant rich, interested persons and persons affected by the same.
