Rule 9
Home Leave
  (1) A child working in an establishment will get home leave with full pay at the rate of one day for twenty days of the period of work. The child must have the leave approved by the manager before taking such leave. Explanation: For the purposes of this bye-law, the term "worked period" means one day weekly holiday, public holiday and other paid holidays in each week falling within that period.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the home leave received by the child can be accumulated for a maximum of thirty-six days.
(3) If a child resigns from his job or retires in any other way, he will get a lump sum amount for his accumulated home leave at the rate of his last salary.
