(1) If any child who has served in the establishment for one year or more resigns or is separated from the service of the establishment in any other way, such child will receive a lump-sum gratuity at the rate of one month's salary for each year of service.
(2) If a child continues to serve the institution after reaching the age of majority, if he resigns later or is separated from the service in any other way, such child shall also receive the gratuity according to the prevailing law in addition to the gratuity he is entitled to according to this rule.
(3) Children who work in the establishment before the commencement of this regulation will also receive gratuity according to this regulation.
