(1) If there is sufficient reason and basis to believe that any foreign exchange has been hidden or kept in any house or place of business contrary to this Act, the investigating officer shall issue a warrant and search the said house or place of business. Can order to take house search.
(2) According to the order according to sub-section (1), the office search shall be done by at least the second grade employee listed in the gazette.
(3) According to the order of the investigating officer, the employee who is assigned to search the house shall give a notice to the person immediately residing in the house or business place where the search is to be conducted, including the reason for the search. If the concerned person does not understand such notice, a copy of the notice shall be posted in a visible place of the house or place of business to be searched. After posting the notice, the concerned person will be deemed to have received the notice of search.
(4) After giving the notice to the concerned person according to sub-section (3), the staff assigned to take the house search shall be allowed to take the house search at the house or place of business.
(5) If the person concerned objects to the disturbance while going to conduct the food search, the employees assigned to take the food search must be given a notice and an opportunity to leave the people who are staying in the house or business place where the food search is to be conducted. In this way, if he does not leave even after being given the opportunity to leave, the house or business place to be searched may be searched at any time by opening the outer or inner door, window, or window.
(6) If any foreign exchange or document related thereto is found contrary to this Act, such foreign exchange or document may be seized.
(7) According to this section, when taking the house search, the house search shall be conducted in the presence of the members of the rural municipality or municipality or at least two local officials as witnesses. Details of any foreign exchange or documents related to it contrary to this Act found during the search of the bank accounts must be prepared and the witnesses present on it must also be stamped.
