15. Provisions related to mobile service (1) When operating mobile service according to section 26 of the Act, the mobile service shall be operated in such a way as to reach the following service users: -

(a) Communities or service users who are relatively far from the office,
(b) Consumers who are experiencing difficulty in accessing public services for any reason,
(c) Consumers from relatively backward areas.
(2) The Chief District Officer shall coordinate the operation of the mobile service as per sub-rule (1) collectively or separately.

(3) Before operating the mobile service as per sub-rule (1) and (2) The relevant office and chief district officer will be responsible for communicating the information so that the target group receiving such service is informed.

(4) The report regarding the operation of mobile service shall be sent to the taluk body within seven days from the date of returning to the office after conducting such service.
