Section 61
Driver's license can be revoked

(1) If it is proved that a driver has any of the disqualifications mentioned in Section 47, the authorized officer may cancel the driver's license and order the driver to return the license.
(2) The driver must return his license to the authorized officer within seven days from the date of receipt of the order as per sub-section (1).
