Rule 27
Marks and boundaries should be kept

(1) In order to identify the objects or places included in the register, the concerned body shall place marks and borders as necessary on such objects or places.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the information related to the signs and boundaries and the related map shall be kept up-to-date by the relevant body and the information thereof shall also be given to the Ministry.
