If the Chowkidar, Nike, Sahnaike has to be recruited when there is a vacancy, the jailer should select from among the prisoners or detainees who have been imprisoned for a long period of time, as long as it is a good practice to know all the prisoners. If the Chowkidar, Naike, Sahnaike who is being recruited violates the law, another one should be recruited in his place as per the Act and prevailing Nepalese law.
