Hostel rent, food expenses and admission and other fees in other hostels except for hostels where free meals are arranged by the Nepal government or hostels where hostel rent, admission and other charges are not charged will be as specified by the committee. But in the case of such other hostels, if the committee deems it appropriate, the students can arrange for a canteen run by the students or run by any other person at their own expense.
