Section 3
No Untouchability and Discrimination
(1) No one shall commit or cause untouchability and discrimination.
(2) No one shall help, encourage or incite any kind of act of caste discrimination or untouchability. (3) If anyone commits any act as per sub-section (1) or (2), it shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act.
