(1) Landless Dalits, landless squatters or unorganized residents living on land registered in the name of a person or organization will not be provided land belonging to such person or organization.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1) for the purpose of housing management in accordance with prevailing laws, if it is found appropriate to manage the landless Dalits, landless squatters or unorganized residents who have settled or settled on the land of the organization established by the Government of Nepal in an integrated and coordinated manner, such organization shall remain subject to the relevant laws and these rules.
