(1) No one shall register or register the land within the National Forest.
(2) Even if the land written in sub-section (1) has been registered, such land cannot be claimed as a result of such registration and such registration shall automatically be void.
(2A) The Divisional Forest Officer shall send a written report to the concerned land office to deregister the deregistered land according to sub-section (2). Within seven days of receipt of the written notice, the shipping office shall check the log and give the information to the concerned division forest office.
(3) Before the commencement of this Act, if any part of the National Forest has been illegally registered without the approval of the Government of Nepal, such registration shall also be automatically canceled after the commencement of this Act and the registration fee shall be deducted.
