(1) No person shall register or cause to be registered any land within the National Forest.
(2) If someone has registered the land within the National Forest, no claim shall be made on such land based on such registration and such registration shall be deemed to be automatically cancelled.
(3) Before the commencement of this Act, if any part of the National Forest has been illegally registered, such registration shall be automatically canceled after the commencement of this Act.
(4) In order to deduct the cost of land whose registration has been canceled according to sub-section (2) and (3), the Divisional Forest Officer shall immediately send a written notice to the Land Office and to the relevant local level to deduct the tax cost. If written in such a manner, within seven days, the property office of the land and the relevant local level shall deduct the tax cost of the land and give the information to the division forest office.
(5) According to sub-section (4), the division forest office shall send the details of deduction to the ministry and the provincial ministry.
