(1) According to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Act, after the government of Nepal issues an order to check the land measurement in all or any area within the state of Nepal, the surveying team will check the measurement according to schedule-1, and the notification with the date of starting the measurement check will be given to the concerned municipality or village development. It should be published in a place of the concerned ward of the committee in such a way that everyone can see it.
(2) A copy of the notice as per sub-rule (1) shall also be sent by the measuring team to the concerned municipality or village development committee.
