: (1) The family or the person who gets the land in the sale and distribution under this Act shall not sell or donate the land to others until the family or person who gets the land has paid the value of the land to be paid to the Government of Nepal or until the land has been acquired and used for 3 years. Will not get the day.
(2) If anyone commits any act in violation of sub-section (1), the title of the related land shall be transferred to the Government of Nepal and the Government of Nepal may resell and distribute the said land in accordance with this Act.
(3) According to this Act, the person who gets the land must pay the value of the land in three equal installments within 3 years to the designated office or authority. But if someone wants to explain in a period less than one month or three years, he will be allowed to explain accordingly.
