:
(1) According to sub-rule (3) of Rule 20, a person who is not satisfied with the classification of the land may file a complaint with the Surveyor Goshwara within seven days from the date of publication of the notice of classification of the land. The following committee will investigate and decide on the complaint and the decision made by the said committee will be final:-
(a) Village“ for Development Committee Area –
(1) Chairman of concerned Village Development Committee – Chairman
(2) Shipping Officer – Member
(3) Surveyor Officer – Member
(b) For municipal areas –
(1) Head of the Municipality – President
(2) Head of Shipping Office – Member
(3) Napi Goshwara Chief – Member
