In the following cases, the following land will be registered in the name of the respective land owner:-
(a) land for which the first installment has not been paid in accordance with clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Act, or (b) The land that has not been accepted by anyone when the auction is extended due to non-payment of the installment amount specified in section 4 of the Act.
