(1) A Nepalese citizen who has done commendable work in any field of national life or a foreign citizen who has made a special contribution to the welfare of Nepal may be awarded the title of Janaseva Shri.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), the classification of honors will be as follows:-
(a) First Class – Well-known Prabal Janaseva Shri.
(B) Second category – Famous Probal Janaseva Shri.
(c) Third Class – Suprabal Janaseva Shri.
(d) Fourth Category – Prabal Janaseva Shri.
(e) Fifth Category – Public Service Mr.
(3) The details and measurements of the mandan, initials and plaques of the honorary degrees as per sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in Appendix One Schedule-4.
