(1) Any instrument, object or instrument used to commit organized crime shall be confiscated regardless of the possession of any person.
(2) If the property obtained by committing an organized crime is mixed with the legally obtained property, if the property can be separated from such mixed property, it will be confiscated separately, and if it cannot be separated, such property will be converted into money and confiscated.
