Section 52
Fines and Complaints
(1) A person who commits any of the following acts may be fined up to 2000 rupees "before the Government of Nepal in the case of those licensed or registered by the Government of Nepal and by the Provincial Government in the case of those licensed or registered by the Provincial Government":-
(a) If the report to be submitted according to section 47 is not submitted as specified or if the employee assigned to inspect or check the office or records is opposed to the inspection or check, (b) In case of doing prohibited work according to section 48,
(c) If notice is not given within the period prescribed under section 49 or 50,
(d) Failure to comply with the instructions under section 51.
(2) According to sub-section (1), a person who is not satisfied with the order given by "before the Government of Nepal in the case of those who have obtained or registered from the Government of Nepal and the Provincial Government in the case of those who have obtained or registered from the State Government" can file a complaint before the High Court within thirty-five days.
