Section 91
<br> to give certificate of examination pass
If an application is made in accordance with section 90, the authorized officer shall inspect such public vehicle, and if the mechanical condition and appearance of such vehicle is found to be correct, he shall issue a certificate of inspection in the prescribed format.
(2) The validity of the examination pass certificate given in accordance with sub-section (1) will be for up to six months.
