<br> may form a commission of inquiry
The Government of Nepal may constitute an Inquiry Commission in accordance with the Inquiry Commission Act, 2026 to investigate and submit a report on any matter of public concern involving any person within the jurisdiction of this Act.
(2) The work, duties and rights and other provisions of the Commission of Inquiry established in accordance with sub-section (1) shall be as written in the said Act.
