(1) To inquire into the reasons and grounds mentioned in the proposal received under sub-section (2) of section 3 legislative– Parliament shall form an investigation committee of up to eleven members including the necessary number of members of that assembly and one jurist so that more than one political party is represented as much as possible.

(2) The qualification of a member of the jurisprudence in the committee constituted under sub-section (1) shall be the same as a person who has become a judge of the Supreme Court or who has attained the qualification to become a judge.

(3) Before resuming his office, the member of legal profession must take an oath before the Speaker.

(4) legislative– Among Members of Parliament Legislative–A member appointed by the Parliament shall be the Chairman of the Inquiry Committee.

(5) The inquiry committee shall make a decision by consensus as far as possible and if unanimity cannot be reached, the decision of the majority shall be considered as the decision of the inquiry committee.
