Section 5

Office and Staff of the Inquiry Committee

(1) The office of the Inquiry Committee shall be in the place designated by the Speaker.

(2) Staff required for the work of the Inquiry Committee legislative – Parliament The secretariat will provide.

(3) Notwithstanding anything contained in subsection (2), if requested by the Inquiry Committee, any employee of the Government of Nepal or an institution owned by the Government of Nepal shall The government will provide for the work of the inquiry committee.
