Rule 82
Request for investigation
: If the licensee or customer finds it necessary to have something investigated by the inspector according to this regulation, he can submit an application to the Chief Electricity Inspector. Upon such examination, the person or client who has received the permit will have to submit the fee as prescribed by the Nepal Government by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette. However, no inspection fee is required to be submitted when the current installation is inspected by an inspector appointed by the Chief Electrical Inspector.
