15d.1 If any person or organization wants to promote racial development and promotion of any seed, they must submit an application to the committee for permission along with the prescribed documents. 15D.2 After receiving the application according to sub-section 15D.1, the committee may give permission for the racial development and promotion of any seed after conducting the necessary investigation. 15d.3 Other arrangements related to racial development and promotion of seeds shall be as prescribed. 15D.4 Notwithstanding anything written in this section, no permission is required for ethnic development and promotion for household purposes.
