The organization should regularly inform the customer about the services they provide, the fees charged for using the service, the conditions to be followed by the customer and the business operation process.
(2) The organization shall provide the details of the transaction related to the customer in writing or by electronic means when requested by the customer.
(3) In case of any error during the transaction by electronic means, the organization shall immediately inform the concerned customer.
