Rule 3
To be informed
According to the restrictive phrase of Section 3 of the Act, any person or organized organization who wants to survey, produce, transmit or distribute hydroelectric power from 100 to 1000 kilowatts shall disclose the following details in the format as per Schedule-1 and inform the Director General:-
(a) Detailed description of the project,
(b) Map of project site (including main structure visible),
(c) Sources of water and quantity of water used,
(d) The area to be distributed and the number of customers benefiting from it (e) whether any other person has used the water resources to be used in any way, if so, details of the same,
(f) Other necessary things.
