(1) If a vehicle registered in one area enters another area, the owner or driver of that vehicle must inform the nearest police office within twenty-four hours of entering.
(2) If the vehicle entered in accordance with sub-section (1) has to be driven in that area for more than thirty days, the vehicle owner or driver must obtain approval from the authorized officer within seven days of such vehicle entering that area.
