(1) No one shall falsify his name, age, nationality or anything else, give false details or cause to be used for false passport or visa.
(2) No one shall enter, appear in Nepal ………… and depart from Nepal …….. by submitting a fake passport or visa.
(3) No person shall allow any foreigner to enter, appear or depart from Nepal without a passport and visa issued by the government of a foreign state or by an officer authorized by such government.
