Rule 40
Accounts of District Development Committee and Principles thereof

(1) Accounts of District Development Committee should be kept in cash transactions based on the principle of double entry system.
(2) The device as per sub-rule (1) can be placed in the electronic system as well.
(3) The district development committee shall adopt the financial procedure as per this regulation and maintain the balance of income and expenditure.
