Rule 11
District Disaster Management Fund
: (1) There will be a separate District Disaster Management Fund in each district for disaster management.
(2) The District Disaster Management Fund will have the following amounts:-
(a) Amounts received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received from the Authority,
(c) Funds received from the provincial government for disaster management, (d) Funds received in the form of donations, donations or gifts from any indigenous organization or individual.
(3) District Disaster Management Fund funds will be spent only for disaster management related programs approved as per the decision of the District Disaster Management Committee.
(4) Sub-rule 13) Wamojim District Disaster Management Fund shall not be spent for regular administrative work.
(5) The operation of the District Disaster Management Fund shall be carried out by the joint signature of the Chairman of the District Disaster Management Committee or the authorized staff of the District Administration Office authorized by him and the head of the financial management branch of the District Administration Office.
(6) The District Disaster Management Committee shall open an account in any commercial bank of "A" category and deposit the amount accumulated in the District Disaster Management Fund.
(7) The audit of the District Disaster Management Fund will be done by the Auditor General.
(l) In relation to the operation of the District Disaster Management Fund, the Authority may inspect as required.
(9) Other arrangements related to the operation of the District Disaster Management Fund shall be as determined by the District Disaster Management Committee.
(2) The District Disaster Management Fund will have the following amounts:-
