Section 4
Formation of District Subject Cooperative Association
: At least eleven organizations that are registered and working in accordance with section 15 for the development, promotion and marketing of cooperative business may form a district subject cooperative association of their subject. However, in the districts of the remote areas designated as 'A' category by the Government of Nepal, at least six organizations can form a district-specific cooperative association.
