(1) The District Assembly shall have the right over the following properties within the area of ​​the District Assembly and the District Assembly shall maintain, repair and maintain such property and make other arrangements:-
(a) Land, buildings, vehicles, machines, tools and other assets owned by the District Assembly or purchased or constructed from the funds of the District Assembly,
(B) Property to be received after transfer of rights from the Government of Nepal, State Government or any organization or person.
(2) The Zilla Assembly shall not be allowed to sell or sell the property under sub-section (1) without the approval of the Government of Nepal or to transfer the rights in any other way.
(3) Notwithstanding anything mentioned elsewhere in this section, the Ministry shall not prevent the provision or transfer of rights to any rural municipality or municipality or other government body for use by the Ministry of any property deemed to be excessive for the use of the District Assembly or recommended by the District Assembly. But when transferring the right of land or building, a decision must be made by the Government of Nepal.
