(1) The biological and personal details of the person in the database shall be kept confidential and shall not be made available to any other body except in the case of Section 34.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1) above, the department shall secretly verify, deduplicate and identify the details of persons in the database for the following purposes and provide the results to the relevant agencies or authorities in accordance with the law. Shouldn't:- ​​
(a) If requested by the authority authorized under the prevailing law for the investigation and prosecution of offences,
(b) If the court so requires,
(c) If requested by the concerned person.
